Check electrical installation
Check the electrical installation:
Equipment provided by customer is installed and
installation complies with electrical installation
regulations:
•
Fusing complies with local and national
regulations
•
Appliance is incorporated in equipotential
bonding system
•
Residual current operated device (type B) is
fitted in installation in accordance with
national regulations
•
All-pole disconnection device with a
minimum contact separation of 3 mm has
been installed.
Power cord has the following properties:
•
is oil-resistant, sheathed and flexible in
accordance with regulations
•
is undamaged
•
is fitted with cable strain-relief

Surfaces of oven may be hot.

Check screw connections
Check that all screw connections are tightened firmly.
Retighten the connections. Items to check include:
•
Mains input filter
•
Contactor wiring
•
Frequency converter
•
Power supply
•
Connecting terminal on hot-air heater
•
Terminal block

Check plug-in connections
Check that all plug-in connections (1) are firmly in
place. Plug in the connectors correctly. Items to check
include:
•
Connectors X10 - X18
•
Control module
•
Service module
Remove any dirt or moisture from the circuit boards.

Check grounding contact
Check the grounding contact.
6
Voltage proof test
Carry out a voltage proof test (high voltage).
