Fix the stand permanently to the floor by its flanged feet, e.g by welding.

Position the appliance on the stand.

Make sure that all four bolts are guided into the locating holes in the appliance

feet provided for the purpose.

Weld the brackets (screwed to the appliance feet) permanently onto the top

cover along the edges shown.
