Autozero
–
Configure the Autozero input to autozero the refractive index output.
You determine the response of the channel using the Enable Autozero function
explained in the table on
and shown in the figure on
–
High – Autozero the channel when contact closure changes from Off (open)
to On (closed).
–
Low – Autozero the channel when contact closure changes from On (closed)
to Off (open).
–
Ignore – Do not respond to Autozero input. This is the default setting.
•
Purge – Configure the Purge input to engage Purge mode.
–
High – If the contact closure is open, Purge mode is engaged. If the contact
closure is closed, Purge mode is disengaged.
–
Low – If the contact closure is closed, Purge mode is engaged. If the
contact closure is open, Purge mode is disengaged.
–
Ignore – Do not respond to Purge input. This is the default setting.
•
Recycle – Configure the recycle input to turn on diverter valve.
–
High – If the contact closure is open, Recycle mode is engaged. If the
contact closure is closed, Recycle mode is disengaged.
–
Low – If the contact closure is closed, Recycle mode is engaged. If the
contact closure is open, Recycle mode is disengaged.
–
Ignore – Do not respond to Recycle input. This is the default setting.
5.5.5 Setting pulse periods
Use the third Configuration screen to set pulse or signal width or to activate a pulse or
rectangular wave on SW1.
•
Single pulse (in seconds) – If the switch is programmed to generate a pulse as a
timed or threshold event, then the period of the signal (single pulse width) is as
specified in this field (range is 0.1 to 60 seconds).
•
Rectangular wave (in seconds) – If the switch is programmed to initiate a
rectangular wave as a timed or threshold event, then the period of the signal
(the width of one pulse period in a rectangular wave or pulse train) is as
specified in this field (range is 0.2 to 60 seconds).
The following figure shows the difference between a single pulse and a rectangular
wave.
