Setting up the Detector
2. Insert one end of the inlet tubing assembly into the fluid fitting on the
front of the nebulizer.

3. Tighten the compression screw 1/4-turn past finger tight.
4. Repeat step 2, inserting the other end of the inlet tubing assembly into
the outlet fitting of the column or another detector.
Making signal connections
Tip:
Connect the detector to other HPLC system components through an
Ethernet connection.
The figure on

operate the detector with external devices.
The signal connections you need to make to your detector depend on the signal
connections available on the other instruments in your HPLC system.
