12.3.2.3 2-Channel Digital Output Modules with Diagnostics and Input Data
In addition to the 2-bit process values in the output process image, the digital
output modules provide 2 bits of data in the input process image. A diagnostic bit
for each output channel indicates an overload, short circuit or wire breakage.
