PRESSURE SETTINGS FOR FLAT JET NOZZLES

ADJUSTING SCREW
By turning the lateral adjusting screw
of the gun, the outlet cross-section can be
adjusted on the product valve. This cross-section is minimized by turning the screw
upwards. With the same pressure settings, this results in a reduction of the fl ow rate and
fi ner atomization.
Note:
The spray pattern is reduced with this setting.
There are 8 fl at jet nozzle sizes from 0.6 up to 2.0 available. There are 2 air cap types
(s = small, w = wide) with 3 diff erent nozzle sizes each. Each air cap can be used in
combination with 2 to 3 nozzles sizes. Only matching nozzle components may be used.
