Working with a hydraulic hammer
NOTICE
In order to avoid damage to the vehicle or hydraulic hammer, observe the
following points:
► Observe the Operator’s Manual of the hydraulic hammer.
► Do not hammer horizontally or upward.
► Do not use the hammer to raise loads.
► Do not hit the hammer against rocks, concrete, etc.
► Do not hammer in the same spot uninterruptedly for more than 15
seconds.
► Do not raise the vehicle with the boom.
► Do not work with fully extended cylinders or arm system. Do not pivot
the Powertilt unit beyond 30° during breaker operation, otherwise the
load on the boom increases tremendously.
► Stop vehicle operation immediately if a hydraulic hose moves back and
forth in an unusual manner. The pressure accumulator could be
malfunctioning. Contact a Wacker Neuson service center and have the
malfunction rectified immediately.
► Do not use the impact force of the attachment to perform demolition
work. Broken or falling pieces can cause damage to the equipment.
