Ventilation pipe insertion
Fig. 16
After the core drilling and fixing of the bracket to the wall, insert the polypropylene pipe supplied with the product inside
the hole. The pipe has been designed to provide two independent air channels inside it: one for the expulsion of the stale
air and one for suctioning renewed air.
Fig. 17
The supplied pipe generally is longer with respect to the thickness of the wall and therefore it needs to be cut. For this
operation simply insert the pipe into the hole and mark the excess protruding part.
Fig. 18
After having marked the pipe, remove it from the hole and cut the excess part with a hacksaw (use blades for metal, for
example 24 T.P.I).
Fig. 19
After cutting, re-insert the pipe in the hole.
Fig. 20
The pipe should be inserted to end stop.
After securing the fixing plate and before attaching the equipment, plug the previously wired electrical connector:
see
“Electrical connections”.
Fig. 21
The rubber tube should be inserted inside the ventilation duct and made to exit toward the outside.
Fig. 22-23
It is important that the tube not be inserted into the left side of the duct but into the right side, or rather the side for air
discharge.
