For two-circuit system

Special tool:
(999) 6662 Pressure gauge

Connect the pressure gauge to the compressed-air
system. Set pressure at 50 kPa (0.5 kp/cm

Fit the cover washer.

Connect the pressure gauge to the nipple and test
the pressure. It must not drop during one minute. If
it does, replace the intercooler!

Increase pressure to 150 kPa (1.5 kp/cm
