4.2 Turbocharger: Lubricate control motor
linkage
Lubricating the control motor linkage includes:
1. - Turbocharger 1 control motor -V280- for cylinder bank 1 (right
engine side).
2. - Turbocharger 2 control motor -V281- for cylinder bank 2 (left
engine side).
– Remove engine cover -bottom- (noise insulation)
⇒ page 108 .
1. Lubricating linkage: Turbocharger control motor -right engine
side-
Fitting location: Front right wheel housing, above steering bel‐
lows, between front longitudinal member and engine block
-arrow A-
– Lubricate rotating point of control motor shaft and linkage
-arrows A- and -B- by hand.
Only use high-temperature paste -G 052 112 A3- .
2. Lubricating linkage: Turbocharger control motor -left engine
side-
