Observe disposal regulations!
Carry out the following procedure:
Installing:
– Screw in new spark plugs using spark plug socket and exten‐
sion -3122 B- .
Note
♦
When renewing spark plugs, grease pencil-type ignition coil
with spark plug connector grease -G 052 141 A2- .
♦
New pencil-type ignition coil are greased when supplied and
need no subsequent greasing.
– Apply a thin bead of spark plug connector grease -G 052 141
A2- on the circumference of the sealing hose of the pencil-type
ignition coil -arrow-. The grease bead must be 1 to 2 mm thick.
– Push on ignition coils with output stages turning slightly, they
must be felt to engage.
Note installation position!
– Push on connectors -1- so that they engage.
