It is possible to have signal compatibility issue. User can add one HDMI splitter/switcher in the
middle to change signal impedance. It may fix the issue.
➢
We propose to use signal enhanced cable, HDBaseT or Optical Fiber cable for long distance
connection. Conventional
4k/60 HDMI cable can’t support more than 10 meters. If using optical
fiber cable, user may need to set DVI output to get smooth transmission.
➢
User can connect a monitor at the end of the Loop out port to check signal source stability.
26.3. Video quality issues
➢
Try to use the highest signal resolution and number of color bits (RGB 4:4:4) allowed by G900.
Please click INFO key to verify input/output resolution.
➢
There are a number of lower-quality AV players, the specification and actual output are
difference. These media player may be designed with lower color sampling bits or poor image
compression technology, resulting lower image quality or lagged image.
➢
If use of H.264/H.265 compressed files, please select a player with hardware decoding to get
smooth video quality.
➢
If the input signal is interlaced signal (interlaced-1080i), and the image is rotated, then the
channel will have no [3D Motion adaptive de-interlaced] processing function. If user applies static
image source, the output video may have slight jitter phenomenon. The processing channel
quality will be reduced. Use a progressive signal source setting (1080p/2160p) whenever it is
possible.

Please press [INFO] shortcut key to check the input/output signal settings.

User can select [Image Properties]
→
[Output]
→
[Deep Color] to set 10-bit signal output. It will
smooth the gradient color when the input signal is also 10-bit. Please note that HDMI 2.0 can
only support 4k/2k 60Hz 8-bit 4:4:4 signal only.

If possible, please apply 60Hz signal source. User can see smoother image while image is
panning or in fast motion. User may see jitter image in 24/30Hz input source.
26.4. Abnormal display in front panel LED indicators
➢
User should see Input / Output LED light. If no LED light or LED is intermitting, please check
Input / Output connecting cables, signal source & monitor.
➢
If continuous flushing in Power LED indicator with 1.0 second interval, the OSD menu has
been locked. Please press 850 number keys in remote controller to disabled it. If the flashing
time interval is 0.5 second, please press [MENU] key on remote controller for 5 seconds to
unlock OSD menu.
➢
If Power LED turns to Red, please open the system through remote controller POWER key.
