Procedures to setup 9 split views

CH3: implement [3x SBS] 3 split views with A, B & C inputs, then output to G901 HDMI-3. 

b.  G904 (Middle)

CH1: implement [3x SBS] 3 split views with D, E & F inputs, then output to G901 HDMI-2.
