Replacing a Flavor Pump

The following procedure guides you through the process of replacing a flavor pump.

Open the front door of the machine.

Remove the expansion board cover (

see page 44

Remove the flavor pump cover (

see page 45

Transfer the flavor pump cover onto the loosened screws at the left of its original position.

This will keep the pump cover components intact and will expose the pumps for servicing.

Disconnect the power wires from the pump that needs to be replaced. All three sets

are identified below.

Original Position – Loosen these screws
