10.After you finish the operation, switch off the
unit using the (7) button, and unplug it, and
only after it, start disassemble it.
11. To remove the mincer head press the clamp
button (4), turn the head (3) clockwise (see
the picture of the mincer appearance) and
remove it.
12.Unscrew the nut (13), and disassemble the
mincer head.
RECIPE
(Filling)
Mutton

1,1/2 table spoon

• Mince mutton once or twice.
• Fry onion in oil till it gets brown, and then
add minced mutton, spice, salt and flour.

• Mince meat thrice, mince nutmeg, and mix
the components.
• More meat and less flour in a cover provide
better consistency and taste.
• Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as
you wish.
• Fry the rolls deep.
CARE
• After use, switch off the mincer by pressing
the (7) button and disconnect the cord from
the power supply.
• Press the clamp (4), rotate the mincer head
clockwise and remove it (see the picture of
the mincer appearance).
• Unscrew the nut (13), remove the accesso-
ries (14, 15 or 16, 17), the grates (9 or 12) or
the blade (11) from the feeder screw (10).
• Take the feeder screw (10) out of the head
(3).
• Remove remains of the products from the
feeder screw.
• Wash all removable parts in warm sudsy wa-
ter, rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Accessories (1, 2, 14, 15, 16, 17) can be
washed in a dishwashing machine.
• Wipe the mincer body (5) with a damp
cloth.
• Do not use solvents and abrasives to clean
the body (5).
• Provide the liquid does not get into the
body.
• Before you take the accessories away for
keeping, oil the attachments (9, 12) and the
blade (11) with plant oil. They will be pro-
tected from oxidation.
