3. ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA PER L'USO DELLA MACCHINA
Accertarsi che la persona che utilizzerà questa
macchina legga attentamente e comprenda il
pre sen te MANUALE D'ISTRUZIONI e l'OPUSCOLO
DI ISTRUZIONI GENERALI DI SICUREZZA allega-
to, pri ma di iniziare a lavorarci.
• Prima di collegare a rete la macchina, controllare che la ten-
sione di alimentazione corrisponda a quella indicata nella targ-
hetta segnaletica.
• Prima di sostituire la fresa o di effettuare qualsiasi altro inter-
vento nelle vicinanze della tes ta da taglio, staccare la macchina
dalla rete elettrica.
• Usare occhiali protettivi per lavorare con la fresatrice.
• Non avviare il motore se è stato estratto dall'intelaiatura della
macchina.
• Verificare il percorso del filo di alimentazione per evitare che
possa impigliarsi durante l'uso.
• Per avviare la fresatrice agire sempre sulla leva dell'interruttore
principale.
• Dopo aver collocato la fresatrice sul pezzo da fresare, eseguire
lo spostamento dell'utensile servendosi sempre della manovella
di avanzamento del carrello. Non spingerla mai con le mani o
con utensili impropri.
• Prima di togliere la fresatrice dalla mortasa realizzata, accer-
tarsi che il motore si sia fermato com ple ta men te.
• Usare sempre frese del diametro adeguato e correttamente
montate sull'albero scanalato.
• Non usare mai frese improprie, difettose o in cattivo stato. Ado-
perare unicamente frese e ricambi originali Wegoma by Virutex.
4. APPARECCHIATURA STAN DARD
All'interno della scatola troverete i seguenti elementi:
• Fresatrice per mortase FC116U
• Utensile per forare cilindretto e ago UT16I
• Chiavi di servizio e una dima per tracciare
• Asta di regolazione dell'altezza smontabile in 4 sezioni e un
fermo per porte.
• Quattro copriganasce, per lavori di montaggio delicati.
• Fresa per mortase diametro 16 mm.
• Manuale d'istruzioni e documentazione varia
5. MONTAGGIO DELLA MANOVELLA
AVANZAMENTO CARRELLO
Verificare che la fresatrice sia staccata dalla
rete elettrica.
• Montare la manovella di avanzamento del carrello "A" innes-
tando la scanalatura rettangolare sui piani dell’asse "B", e in-
serire la rondella "C" e la vite "D" come indicato nella (Fig. 1).
Stringere la vite "D" con la chiave "F", in modo da fissare in sede
la manovella di avanzamento del carrello..
• EVITARE I COLPI SULLA SUPERFICIE DELLA MANOVELLA DI
AVANZAMENTO "A".

14. TRIMMING THE LOCKS FOR SEVERAL DOORS
• Should you wish to trim several doors and position the locks
at the same height, we recommend you use the height bar "A1"
(Fig. 21) to simplify this operation.
To do this, having determined the height of the lock on the first
door, and placed the machine in the trimming position, mount the
four height bars "A1" (Fig. 21) and insert them in the clamp vise
apertures "X" (Fig. 22), so that the end limiter disc "A2" (Fig. 21)
has its limit at the upper edge of the door, and then fix the height
bar "A1" (Figs. 21 and 22) in this position with the knobs "B1" (Fig.
22). For the following door, simply put the machine in place, with
the limiter disc“A2” (Fig. 21) of the height bar “A1” resting on the
upper edge of the door, fix the clamp vises in this position and
mark the upper reference mark “rs” on this new door for later use
so that all the locks remain at the same height.
The height bar "A1" (Fig. 21) without the limiter disc "A2" (Fig.
21) may also be used, if desired, as a height reference relative
to the floor.
15. HORIZONTAL MORTISING
• To work with the FC116U hor i zon tal ly, for example to mor tise
doors before hang ing them, it is advisable to dis con nect the dam-
per "T1" (Fig. 21) to leave the move ment of carriage "U1" free of
its pres sure.
To do this, loosen nut "P" (Fig. 23) with key "F" and by moving the
screw knob "R", advance the length indicator "S" towards the end
of stroke limiter "A2".
Remove knob "S1" (Fig. 21) that fas tens silencer "T1" so that this is
dis con nect ed. Keep knob "S1" in a safe place for later use. Fi nal ly,
adjust the length of the mor tis ing required, as de scribed in section
9, before starting work with the ma chine, as it must nev er operate
at the end of stroke, over the maximum length.
16. CORRECTIONS FOR OVERLAPPING DOORS
For mortise trimming of doors with overlap, the centring of the
machine and the depth of the edge trimming should be changed,
as follows:
Check that the trimmer is disconnected from the
mains.
• To centre the machine over the section of the door without
overlap, loosen the screws "Q", which lock the clamp vises "X",
with key "F" (Fig. 22), and move the plates "J" to the overlap
side, half the width of this in mm, and fix the screws "Q" again
in this position.
• When the trimming depth is adjusted, as explained in section
10, the limiter ring "A" (Fig. 8) must be positioned at a height on
the scale "U" (Fig. 8) which is the sum of the depth necessary for
the lock, plus the height of the door overlap, since the machine
will be supported on this overlap.
