14. FRESATURA DELL’INCASSO SU VARIE PORTE
• Se desiderate mortasare più porte e sistemare le serrature alla
medesima altezza, si consiglia di adoperare l'asta di regolazione
dell'altezza "A1" (Fig. 21) che renderà più facile l'operazione.
Per fare questo, dopo aver determinato l'altezza della serratura
della pri ma porta, e aver sistemato la macchina nella posizione
di fresatura, montare le quattro aste di regolazione dell'altezza
"A1" (Fig. 21) e inserirle nei fori delle ganasce "X" (Fig. 22), in
modo tale che il disco finecorsa "A2" (Fig. 21) dell'estremità si
fermi sullo spigolo superiore della por ta, e fissare l'asta di rego-
lazione dell'altezza "A1" (Figg. 21 e 22) in tale posizione me dian-
te le manopole "B1" (Fig. 22). Per la porta seguente non dovrete
fare altro che sistemare la macchina con il disco di finecorsa “A2”
(Fig. 21) dell’asta di regolazione dell’altezza "A1" poggiato sullo
spigolo superiore della porta, e fissare le ganasce in tale posizione,
segnando (per un uso successivo) il tratto di riferimento superiore
“rs” sulla nuova porta, in modo che tutte le serrature saranno si-
tuate alla stessa altezza.
L'asta di regolazione dell'altezza "A1" (Fig. 21) senza il disco di
finecorsa "A2" (Fig. 21) si può anche adoperare, se si desidera,
come riscontro dell'altezza dal pa vi men to.
15. FRESATURA DI MORTASE IN POSIZIONE ORIZZONTALE
• Per lavorare con la FC116U in posizione orizzontale, ad esempio
per eseguire mortase in una porta prima di poggiarla sui cardini,
è conveniente staccare l'ammortizzatore "T1" (Fig. 21) in modo
che non eserciti pressione sul carrello "U1", ostacolandone il mo-
vimento.
A tale scopo, allentare il dado "P" (Fig. 23) con la chiave "F" e agire
sulla manopola del perno a vite "R" per spostare l'indicatore di
lunghezza "S" fino al finecorsa "A2".
Togliere la manopola "S1" (Fig. 21) che sos tie ne l'ammortizzatore
"T1" per staccare quest'ultimo. Conservare la manopola "S1" in un
luogo sicuro per poterla utilizzare di nuovo.
Infine, regolare la lunghezza di fresatura desi de ra ta - come in-
dicato al punto 9 - pri ma di lavorare con la macchina, dato che
quest'ultima non deve mai lavorare a finecorsa, oltre la lunghezza
massima.
16. CORREZIONI PER PORTE CON BATTUTA
Per mortasare porte con battuta, occorre correggere il centraggio
della macchina e la profondità della fresatura nel modo seguente:
Verificare che la fresatrice sia staccata dalla rete
elettrica.
• Per centrare la macchina sulla sezione della porta senza bat-
tuta, allentare con la chiave "F" (Fig. 22) le viti "Q" che fissano
le ganasce "X" e spostare le piastrine "J1", verso il lato della bat-
tuta, della metà della larghezza (in mm) di quest'ultima, quindi
serrare nuovamente le viti "Q" in tale posizione.
• Quando si regola la profondità della fresatura, come indicato
nel punto 10, occorrerà sistemare l'anello di finecorsa "A" (Fig. 8)
a un'altezza della scala "U" (Fig. 8) pari alla somma della profon-
dità necessaria per la serratura, più l'altezza della battuta della
porta, dato che la macchina poggerà su tale battuta.

3. MACHINE HANDLING SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that the person who is to use this machi-
ne reads these OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS and
the enclosed GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
LEAFLET carefully and understands them before
starting work.
• Before connecting the machine, ensure that the power supply
voltage corresponds to that indicated on the characteristics pla-
te.
• To change the bit or carry out any other operation close to the
cutting head, disconnect the machine from the mains.
• Use safety goggles when working with the trimmer.
• Do not start the motor if the machine chassis has been remo-
ved.
• Check the power supply cable to make sure it does not twist
during use.
• Always start the trimmer using the main switch lever.
• Once the trimmer has been placed on the part to be trimmed,
always move the tool using the carriage advance crank handle.
Never push it by hand or with extraneous tools.
• Ensure that the motor is at a com ple te standstill before remo-
ving the trimmer from the completed mortise.
• Always use bits of the correct diameter, correctly mounted on
the serrated axis.
• Never use bits that are incorrect, defective or in bad condition.
Use only authentic Wegoma by Virutex bits and spare parts.
4. STANDARD UNIT
The following elements are included in the box:
• Lock mortiser FC116U
• Drilling tool for cylinder and needle UT16I
• Service keys and tracing template
• Detachable height bar in 4 sections and a door limiter.
• Four clamp vise protectors for precise mounted jobs.
• Mortising trimmer bit, 16 mm diameter.
• Operating Instructions and miscellaneous documentation.
5. ASSEMBLING THE CARRIAGE ADVANCE HANDLE
Check that the trimmer is disconnected from the
mains.
• Match the rectangular carriage forward handle slot "A" to the
planes of the shaft "B". Fit washer "C" and screw "D", as shown in
(Fig. 1). Tighten screw "D" with spanner "F", to hold the carriage
advance handle in place.
• MAKE SURE NOT TO KNOCK THE SURFACE OF ADVANCE HAN-
DLE "A".
