Contamination (e.g. metal swarf) or moisture
in the copper pipes of the refrigerant lines
will cause the appliance to malfunction.
Point the pipe openings downwards or tem-
porarily plug them.
Undo the nuts from connections

(liquid line) and
D
(hot gas line) of the refrigerant lines.
Type AWT/AWT-AC 221.A04
:
Slide the nuts onto the refrigerant lines prepared
on site.
Type AWT/AWT-AC 221.A05 to A13, 221.B10 to
B16
:
Replace nuts with union nuts supplied (indoor unit):

UNF for liquid line

UNF for hot gas line
3.
Flare the pipe ends.
4.
Secure the pipes.
