Carrying out inspections
The weekly inspection is required if the flush valve is not connected to a
building control system or another higher-level control.

Carry out a valve check to ensure that flowthrough takes place if the
flush command is applied:

Check that the valve flushing has been switched off for all three
valves, see
Chapter 3.4.2 „Configuring the control“

Switch the flushing process for the individual valves on and off
subsequently; check whether you can hear the flow sounds of
the individual valve sections.

If the test flushing was successful, set the valve flushing back to
the original settings. If not successful, see
Visually check the flush valve, the supply and drain line, and the
cable connections for leaks and damage.

Perform maintenance
Once per year, carry out a full maintenance and replace defective or
seemingly critical components.
Carry out a test flushing as described in
Use the maintenance set model 2243.14. It comprises all
required components.
