5.3.2 Restore configuration
The function ‘Restore configuration’ allows an existing backup to be restored. This function can also be used to
supply the PROBA 5 Compact with new software.
In order to install a software update, ‘Select file’ first has to be clicked. The software file can now be selected. After
selecting the correct file, ‘Upload file(s)’ has to be clicked in order to copy the file onto the controller.
If you want to restore an existing backup, choose the desired backup by clicking on it. Then you can decide which
action you want to perform. You can choose one of the following options:
Restore selected backup
Choose this option to restore the full backup
Remove selected backup
Choose this option to delete the selected backup
Restore selected parameters
Choose this option to restore only the parameters in the backup
Restore selected configuration
Choose this option to restore only the hardware configuration
