During execution of a ripening program, the setpoint can be changed in three different ways:
0 = Only for the current day.
1 = All programmed temperatures are decreased or increased by the same value as the present setpoint.
In fact the temperature curve is moved up or down.
2 = The setpoint change is also valid for the next days, if this had the same setpoint as the present day.
1402
This setting makes it possible to have a floating setpoint change. The size of the step is set in parameter
1403.
1404
If the readout is set to
F, all temperatures must be adjusted. This adjustment must also be made to fixed
programs !
1405
With this setting, the display of the
PROBA110
can be made sensitive (0) or less sensitive (5) for
temperature changes. This function is useful during calibration of the temperature sensors.
1501
With this function the length of 'one day' can be set. If more temperature setpoints per 24 hours is
required, the length of one day can be shortened.
1601
If the programmed gas level is not reached with the programmed time, an alarm will be given (only if a
gas sensor is present).
1602
The ventilation can be started (even during gassing) if the programmed maximum ethylene level is
reached. This to prevent too high gas levels (only if a gas sensor is present).
1606
At a too high level of CO2. the ventilation can be started, even during gassing (only if CO2 sensor is
present).
1610
If no gas sensor is used and gassing is based on time, using a centralized gassing system, when more
rooms gas at the same time, cause insufficient gas flow into the room.
To prevent this, several carousels can be made. Within one carousel only one room can gas. If another
room from the same carousel wants to gas, it will wait until the other room is finished.
If a '0' is programmed, the carousel function is not active and can always be gassed (e.g. if a gas sensor
is used).
4.2.4
Setting of the alarms of the PROBA110
These settings include the following main groups:
Parameter
Description
1700
Temperature alarm
1800
Assignment alarm relays
Explanation:
1701
There are two sets of absolute minimum and maximum alarms available, each with their own delay time.
There are also two relative minimum and maximum alarms available with their own delay time. The
relative alarms are related to the setpoint. Per temperature sensor a choice from these sets can be made.
When exceeding the alarm levels, an alarm message appears in the display.
1713
Also a minimum and maximum air temperature can be programmed. If an air temperature alarm sensor is
present, this sensor will switch off the cooling or heating is the alarm levels are exceeded.
There are also relative minimum and maximum air temperatures. These temperatures are related to the
setpoint. If a relative minimum or maximum is exceeded, the cooling or heating is switched off. This can
only be if air temperature sensor(s) are present.
1750
When exceeding the RH alarm levels, an alarm message appears in the display.
1760
When exceeding the pressure alarm level, an alarm appears in the display (only active when the fans are
running.
