If ventilation is not required, the ventilation time should be decreased as
much as possible. The display text reads 'OFF'.
Finally the ventilation interval of the first ventilation is programmed. This
interval time determines for how many hours ventilation should take place.
The interval time is shown in hours.
The setting of the temperatures for ripening program now follow. For each
day a temperature can be selected.
The lower display and the illuminated LED in the
DAY
row indicates which
day is being set, while the upper display shows the desired temperature
(setpoint).
The set value can be changed with the
UP
- and
DOWN
keys.
Press the
SET
key to accept the new setpoint and the setpoint for the next
day will appear in the display. Repeat this for all days of the ripening
program.
The
STANDBY
temperature (setpoint after finishing the actual ripening
program) is set while the
STANDBY
LED lights and the lower display shows
'STB'. Changing of the value is done in the same manner as the adjustment
of other setpoints.
If a relative humidity sensor is present, the setpoint for the humidity can now
be set. The
HUM
LED flashes.
The upper display shows the set value.
The RH setpoint can be changed with the
UP
,
DOWN
and
SET
keys.
If pressure control fans are used, the pressuresetpoint for the forward and
the reverse can be set.
The pressure setpoint can be changed with the
RH,
UP
and
DOWN
keys. First press the
RH
key and then change the the forward setpoint with
the
UP
and
DOWN
keys. After pressing the
RH
key again, the reverse
setpoint can be set.
A delay time can now be set before the actual ripening program starts. This
period is called day 0. Therefore the LED day 0 lights in the
DAY
row.
The day 0 time is shown in hours.
When a delay time of more than 0 hours is programmed, the temperature
regulation for day 0 can be switched 'ON' or 'OFF' by the
UP
and
DOWN
keys and acknowledged with the
SET
key.
If temperature control is selected ('ON'), the temperature setpoint can, like
the other settings, be adjusted with the
UP
and
DOWN
keys.
All settings are now complete. Finally the program will ask for a start
acknowledgment. This acknowledgment is confirmed by pressing the
SET
key.
By pressing the
SET
key for the last time, the ripening program will start.
The
PROG
LED lights to indicate that the ripening program is in progress
and the fruit is being ripened.
To prevent unauthorized changes, it is advisable to rotate the key switch to
ON
and remove the key from the switch.
Please note:
During day 0 the
PROBA110
will, if selected, start with ventilation and
regulate the temperature. If the delay time is finished or the required setpoint
is reached, the ripening program will step to day 1 and continue the
program.
The program clock will count down to 00.00 hours in day 0. The program
