The
PROBA110
offers the facility to give random functions to relays or inputs. Only skilled users of the
PROBA
are
advised to use this function. In case of doubt, it is always possible to contact the specialists of VDH Products BV.
With this free assignment relays or inputs not used can be used for other functions such as airbags, failure
messages etc.
2000
Assignment of Digital Outputs.
The relay board of the
PROBA110
has 16 relays. Relay 1 and relay 2 are reserved for fatal and non-fatal
alarms. The other 14 relays (3 to 16) can be assigned to a certain function.
If a function has the value '0', it means this function is not active.
3130
Relay is activated if one of the fans is activated.
3140
The fatal alarm relay can, next to relay 1, also be assigned to another relay.
3190
Relay is activated if the temperature setpoint drops below the set value of parameter 1009.
3250
During the fan rotation period this relay is switched on (see parameter 1318/1319). Before the rotation
relay switches, the fans are stopped first.
3260
This relay is on when one of the cooling or heating relays is on.
4000
Assignment of Digital Inputs.
The relay board of the
PROBA110
has six digital inputs (input 1 to 6). The temperature sensor inputs can
also be used as digital inputs. They obtain channel numbers 7 to 15 for sensor 9 to 2.
If a function has the value '0', it means this function is not active.
4220
If this input is activated, the fans will stop.
4290
If this input is activated, the fans will stop. When a program is started, while this input is closed, an alarm
will follow after 15 minutes (F210).
5000
Assignment of Analog Inputs.
The relay board of the
PROBA110
has three analog inputs (RH, Gas, Spare).
If a function has the value '0', it means this function is not active.
6000
Assignment of Analog Outputs.
The I/O board mounted above the relay board of the
PROBA110
has four analog outputs (output 1 to 4).
First of all the type of I/O board (different DA converter) has to be set with parameter 6200.
If this
parameter is set incorrectly, the value of the analog outputs are undefined!
If a function has the value '0', it means this function is not active.
6100
Herewith the range of the analog output can be set if the output is used to indicate the temperature
setpoint or the average control temperature.
Z
6200
This parameter indicates the applicable I/O board which is mounted on the relay board. The new model
uses a TLC562C DA converter, the old model uses a MAX529CPP DA convertor. This option to set the
I/O board model with a parameter is new in software version 3.38. Earlier software versions required
different EPROMs for each I/O board model.
