1-2.2 Replacement of consumables
- Use only genuine consumables if you wish to get best quality and function from relevant
hardware. If you use other product than genuine one, it may affect function of printer and
furthermore guarantee may be null and void.
- You have to turn off power of printer when replacing consumables. Our company is not
responsible for any problem caused by replacing consumables without turning off power of
printer.
1-2.2.1 Replacement of toner cartridge
- If message saying “Short of toner” is displayed on LCD window or color fades while printing,
open upper cover first and tap cartridge slightly several times so as for toner powder to be
evenly distributed. In this way, you can use toner cartridge as much as possible.
- To prevent toner waste and error of toner sensor, do not replace toner cartridge until message
saying “No toner” is displayed.
- Caution: Toner used for this printer is very minute dry powder. Toner is contained in cyan,
Magenta, yellow, K(black) cartridge respectively. If toner powder is spilled out, clean it by
sweeping softly. If it is not cleaned well, clean it thoroughly with cloth adding cold water. Do
not use hot water or other kind of liquid in any case. Stain does not easily wash out.
