CHARACTERISTICS

The metal cropper is a modern and compact bench machine

for cutting metal objects. The work surface has an adjustable

vice with a built-in goniometer for cutting pieces of various

dimensions, which can have a slope of up to 45°. The outlet

for a dust suction system guarantees a work area which is

free from harmful and inflammable dust.

The abrasive disc is covered by strong metal sheet protections,

with one mobile articulated protection that progressively

uncovers the cutting area when the tool gets close to the

piece to be cut.

disc protection casing down whilst turning the knob with the

other (Fig. A pos.14) in order to free the machine and let it go

slowly upwards until it is in its resting position.

Fasten the machine to the bench by bolts (not supplied), the

counter should not be constructed in flammable materials that

could catch fire due to sparks.

INSTALLATION OF THE ABRASIVE DISC (not supplied with

the machine)
IMPORTANT! Always wear protective gloves.

Loosen the screw (Fig. C pos. 1) and turn the cover (Fig.C

pos. 2) so as to uncover the screw (Fig.C pos.3)

Press the plug and keep it held (Fig.A pos.15) in the direction

of the disc so that it stops the rotation of the tool holder shaft,

inserting the stake connected to the lever in one of the two holes
