The Tank does not heat
Check if the service
contactor is activated
Check the tank zone fuses
Verify that the tank terminals
are connected correctly
Check if the triac functions
correctly
Check that the control board
does not read faults
Check the Tank temperature
sensor
Check the tank heaters
Once these checks are
made, restart the unit (cycle
power)
Check the over
temperature thermostat
function
Verify that the
temperature is
programmed correctly
Check if the tank heaters are
short-circuited
Verify correct tank
Heather current
consumption
If the RTD sensor is short-
circuited or open, the display
reads, “RTD Disconnected”
