If the drive is the last device on the fieldbus line,
set the bus termination.

Find the DIP switches on the left side of the
control unit of the drive.

Set the DIP switch of the RS485 bus
termination to the ON position.

Biasing is built in the bus termination resistor.
The termination resistance is 220 Ω.

In IP21, unless you have cut the openings for other
cables, cut an opening on the cover of the drive for
the RS485 cable.
