Loader arm lever (optional) (lever F
)
Lower the shovel arm:
Push the lever forward to lower the shovel arm and use it to collect
material.
Lift the shovel arm:
Pull the lever back to raise the shovel arm and deposit the material in the dump
5 MACHINE USE
All movements must be performed slowly!
Don't play with the levers of the Distributor!
Straight transfer
1. move the rpm lever to the desired position.
The higher the number of engine revolutions and multiple machine movements will be fast!
2. check the both transfer levers as follows.
-Transfer FORWARD direction
Push both levers to move forward. The machine will move towards the front.
-STOP
Move slowly back both levers to the middle position to stop the machine.
-Transfer direction BACK
Pull both levers back. The machine will move towards the rear.
Transfer control
1 move the rpm lever to the desired position
2. check the levers left and right transfer as follows.
Curvilinear transfer
To advance in the curve use the two transfer levers as shown.
Turn left
Push forward the right lever (B) turn left moving forward,
Pull the right lever to rotate left backward.
Turn right
Push forward the left lever (A) turn right moving forward,
Pull left lever left to to rotate left backward.
.
Machine rotation. Warning ! Turning on themselves is a snap and then maintain it by
controlling the levers and at low rpm.
Left rotation
Push forward the right lever (B) while pulling the back the left lever (A). This
operation causes a fast left rotation
Right rotation
Push forward the left lever (A) while pulling back the right lever (B). This causes a
fast right rotation
INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRANFER ON SLOPING GROUND
Lower engine rpm when operated in confined a spaces or bypassing a dip. Do not change the speed downhill. On a sloping
ground move possibly with e tracks in the slope direction and not transversely. Avoid to change the sense of direction on a
slope, this could cause the upset or side slip.
Beware of steep slopes, the constructor of the endothermic engine has entered an electric sensor
switches off the motor with excessive inclination (max 25°).
In action on the construction site
• Every manoeuvre has not to be dangerous for operator or other persons.
• Avoid any abrupt maneuver especially on rough and slippery paths.
• Avoid to ascent or descent transfer with high engine rpm.
