Replace the filter element at most after five cleaning ..
Checks and maintenance every 250 hours-engine.
oil-Replacement- Oil or hot parts can cause accidents. Not carry oil or hot parts in contact with the skin. To avoid
problems with the motor does not exceed the maximum level of lubricating oil. An excess of oil can breaking engine. Never
switch on the engine when the oil level exceeds the maximum or less than the minimum. For engine oil replacement please
refer to the instruction manual of the engine.
Attention!! Always remember that the oil and used filters are special waste and as such should be managed in terms of law.
Fuel sediment Cup cleaning
Attention!! The fuel scattered on hot surfaces may cause a fire.
Even fuel is a special waste comply with the regulations for the disposal of residual liquids.
For cleaning fuel sediment Cup, please refer to the instruction manual of the engine.
Replace air filter element. For air filter element replacement please refer to the instruction manual of the engine.
Hydraulic filter replacement filter is located under the caisson lifting cylinder

ift the dump and turn off the engine.
Loosen the oil filler cap (1) to depressurise the circuit.

Place a container under the filter to collect any oil spills
You may have during filter cartridge replacement.
Note: always follow applicable regulations for disposal of used oil and filters used.
Using a wrench, unscrew the filter cartridge (3) by turning counterclockwise
CCW clean body (2).
Note: the filter cartridge should be replaced. You cannot reuse a cartridge already used.
Apply a little oil on the sealing ring (4).
Insert the new cartridge (3), press into place manually, then tighten with
the key for a ride.
Start the engine and check the hydraulic oil level
The pressurized tank: after fully extended all cylinders with plug (1)
Open, close the filling cap of the tank.
Check if there are leaks from the cartridge (3)
Checks and maintenance every 500 hours.
Caution! Contact with oil or hot surfaces can cause burns.
At operating temperature, the oil tank is hot and could be under pressure. Remove the oil filling plug (1) slowly to let out the
pressure inside the tank. Remove the oil filling plug motor only
turned off and when the same is pretty cool that you can remove with bare hands.
Place the machine on level ground with the cylinders and accessories holder, if present
the loader and expandable fully extended.
Engage the safety against accidental lowering and stop the engine.
Clean the area to keep the dirt outside the tank.
Loosen the oil filler cap (1) to Depressurize the water tank.
Take n° 1 container to hold about 30Lt oil and n° 1 pomp to transfer
the oil in the container. Note: dispose used oil and filters according to regulations.
Remove the container with used oil.
Clean the inside of the tank with clean oil.
Fill the tank with hydraulic oil.
Start the engine for five minutes keeping it at low rpm.
Slowly actuate the control levers to make sure that all hydraulic circuit to fill.
Restore initial conditions the machine and turn off the engine.
Check the hydraulic oil level and add as necessary to maintain the level indicated on the level.
Pressurize the hydraulic oil reservoir. With the cylinders of the trailer and loader completely
extended. Remove and put back in its place the filler cap making sure the dirt.
Lay the tank to the frame, lowering your loader earthing and switch off the engine.
Long storage - to store the appliance for a long time
clean the machine and store it indoors.
If you must store outside, place the machine on a level ground and cover it.
Apply grease on exposed parts of the cylinder piston, grease all the moving parts and pins.
If the machine is equipped with electric starting, open the battery master switch.
During storage switch the machine once a month to keep the oil lubrication film.
If the machine is within a warehouse. To prevent rusting is a good idea to have ventilated premises.
At the end of storage:-Remove the grease from the cylinder Pistons.
-Ensure the tank full of fuel and lubrication.
