10 DECOMMISSIONING
If the machine is to remain unused for a long period of time (e.g. vacation period), then you should follow a few steps:
1. thoroughly clean the entire machine, remove dust deposits and away all the dirt.
2. wash the inside of the tank.
3. remove any deposits of concrete, without hitting the car with hard objects like hammers or shovels.
4. Lubricate all organs subject to seizure and mechanical components subjected to oxidation.
5. place the appliance in dry and well aerated, otherwise use a nylon cover.
1 Disassembly/dismantling
Before any dismantling or disassembly, proceed to disconnect the battery.
• To disconnect all electrical and mechanical components;
• Remove the motor.
• Remove the hydraulic distributor parts, tubes, cylinders, pump.
• Disconnect and remove all other mechanical components and tracks.
2 Demolition
Materials that make up the machine are:
• Painted steel and other metal components.
• Plastic materials.
• Hydraulic Materials
• Cables, motors, battery and electrical components.
It is recommended to dispose of these materials and not disperdendoli in the environment, but send them to special
collection centres and
disposal, according to the legislation in force.
