• Nobody has be in the action range of the machine.
• Avoid stress when the dump is completely up or down.
• Lift the dump only when the machine is on safe ground and flat.
• Always avoid downloading with lateral gradients. Always align the machine on a slope.
• Avoid bulky or projecting loads that may hinder the driver's vision.
• Proceed with caution near ditches, excavations, soft soils and similar.
• Check each new location and pay attention to the points covered by grass, leaves, or other.
• Reduce the speed and load on more challenging routes.
• Place the front of the machine possibly to the point where it must download, because in case of danger could retire in reverse.
• When dum p is charged proceed during transfer in climbs and descents leave him upstream.
How to stop the machine
Let slowly transfer levers and stop. The engine must be left turning slowly for about 2 minutes before turning it off. Turn the
ignition key to position "0".
How to park your minitransporter
Parked the machine in a flat area, don't let the machine downhill or in dangerous areas because tracks could move. In
standard version is applied on the machine, a hydraulic Handbrake that with the machine switch off, block a (n° 1) truck
2
valves, oil hydraulic, (1 for each track) that secure the machine even with the engine off.
The machine, if left downhill, could still turn
slowly on herself or sideways,
because of internal leaks to hydraulic motors.
6 HANDLING .
Lifting the machine
Not respecting following rules may cause harm, injury or death.
Neever trailed FG 33. Use appropriate means for transportation.
Use appropriate tools and cables for lifting. Lifting cables must have a sufficient
length to avoid contact with the machine. Use lifting devices suitable to support the weight
of the machine. Never lift the machine with on-board personnel. Use signs and other
signals to cordon off the area. Always use wires and other devices with loads of
breaking above 4T. On the machine are scheduled 4 hooking points reported by specific label;
two positioned on the driving position (90° Rotate) the other on the two truck frames
Loading and unloading of the machine
Load and unload the machine, if possible, on level and stable ground.
Use a ramp of sufficient length, width and thickness to support the weight of the machine.
To avoid slipping on loading ramps or slips during transport, before its loading the machine clean
the platform and ramps from fat, oil, ice or other when you upload
or download machine from a means of transport. Do not ever change direction on loading ramps.
If necessary, descend from ramps to check the direction of travel
Machine lock during the transportation
1. stop the engine.
2. Fix the truck to the means of transport
Machine parking. At the end of each day’s work we must follow the following procedures :
Conduct the machine in a safe place with flat terrain.
1. Reduce motor rpm with the command level. 2. Leave Transfer levers so that the machine stops.
3. If present, lower the shovel arriving to the ground and applying slight pressure. 4. turn off the engine
Under conditions of strong frost.
If there are strong freezing temperatures both tracks should be cleaned from mud and dirt. Machine must be parked on a
wooden planks. That is always suggested in winter to avoid sudden decreases in temperature during the night.
7
MAINTENANCE .
The machine does not require special maintenance.
The technical solutions and components used are likely to reduce maintenance. However it is recommended to
perform a set of operations that are intended to ensure the safety, reliability and efficiency of the machine over
time.
During maintenance. Intervene on the machine only after it has been placed in the area parked.
If you have any problems mechanical or electrical type, contact your authorized service agent. If the machine is out of
service due to breakdowns, maintenance or repair, show it with special report poster and remove the ignition key.
• Always use personal protective equipment during the repair and/or replacement of the machine elements.
• Work on the electrical installation must be performed only by qualified and authorized.
• The motor must be performed only by qualified and authorized.
• Do not put hands, arms or body parts near the transmission and handling area. Use a suitable device to remove any debris
(wood end, etc.): never use your hands!
• Regular maintenance of mechanical and electrical components extends the life of the machine, ensures the best performance
and constitutes an important factor of security.
1 routine and extraordinary maintenance during running-in (50 hours)
-Do not force the engine and avoid exploiting intensely machine performance. The maximum torque of the engine is
approximately .3/4 of acceleration level never accelerate to the maximum, because it is not useful. -Clean the air filter after the
first 50 hours. -Check the tightening of all nuts and bolts, in particular control daily truck tension .
-Replace engine oil and following the motor producer (enclosed s manual)-check for any leakage of hydraulic oil.
2 Maintenance to be performed daily at the end of the work
-Eliminate any anomaly. -Clean the interior of the dump to prevent fouling.
