Respect areas and overall dimensions. 5 meters all around the machine must be consider the respect area The
area is essential for a correct use and a proper maintenance. At the interior of the respect area operator must have
high attention for people or things that could obstacles the machine.
Operation
before use. Use protective gloves during the preparing and switching on of the machine .
Like in all hydraulically-powered devices, before starting work, all hydraulic oil must be heated. During the heating
phase the operator must verify the correct operation of the machine or the possible maintenance requirements.
Remember: the fundamental principle upon which it is based is hydraulics oil flow. If you hear a grinding noise, it means that
there is an insufficient lubrication of the pump due to cavitation, often caused by the presence of an oil too dense and heavy.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT START a car under these circumstances, TURN OFF YOUR engine, as it may cause serious damage
to the pump.
-Check engine oil levels, hydraulic oil. -Check the condition and tension of belts. -Check the fuel supply so that avoid the need
to stop the work. -Ensure perfect visibility from the driver's seat and that they are clearly visible placards instructors and various
protective devices. – Wear ear protection.
-Clean shoes and treads from eventual mud and grease before getting on the machine. This manual, the labels on the machine
provide the information necessary for proper and safe operation of the machine. It's your caring read and understand these
instructions as you can regardless of cause serious accidents.
Traks adjustment. Adjust track tension often.
• Insufficient tension release tracks from its seat and quickly consumes the driving wheels and metallic inserts of the crawler.
• An excessive tension increases the force transfer resistant and can cause an excessive wear of the undecarriage and a
possible premature breakage of the tracks.
To prevent possible damage to the rubber avoid to work in the following situations:
-Cave or pointy rocks. -Riverbeds or paths crossed by timbers. -Bar or metal scrap.
-Edges of metal or concrete objects. -Fire or other heat sources.
Remove immediately with a cloth diesel oil, hydraulic oil or grease from
the track surface. Avoid fast rotations of the tracks. If the machine is not
used for a long time (3 months or more) store the tracks without the light
direct sunlight and rain. Because of the characteristics of rubber use
the machine temperatures between -25° C and +55° C.
STRUCTURE OF RUBBER TRUCKS
If a crack in the truck reaches the metal ropes, metal, these could rust
,
corrode and cut . As soon as a crack appears it is t necessary to repair it immediately .
Avoid "playing" with the Distributor's control levers. It is better to avoid unnecessary
maneuvers for the danger that for the duration of the machine
