5.3.3 - COMMISSIONING SETTINGS
Once the power cable is connected at the rear of the generator,
turn the switch (if fitted) to position (I).
The switch is used to energize the generator board. The dis-
play of the product shows the word OFF to represent the initial
state.
DATE AND TIME (M02 CLOCK SETTING)
Set the time and date according to the instructions in the chap-
ter 'GENERAL USER MENU'.
LANGUAGE (M03 CHOOSE LANGUAGE)
Set the preferred language by following the instructions in the
chapter 'GENERAL USER MENU'.
REQUIRED ROOM TEMPERATURE (min. 7° / max. 40°)
Set the ROOM SETTING you wish to achieve with the stove
in operation.
For adjustment:
SET TEMP AMBIENTE
21°
OK
FLAME POWER (min. 1 / max. 5)
Set the flame power while paying attention to the following
warnings:
Power 1 corresponds to the minimum power or modulation
power for maintaining the flame when the stove has reached
the desired room temperature. Corresponds to the min. rated
power.
Power 2-3-4 intermediate outputs
Power 5 corresponds to the maximum output the stove can
develop and thus to the maximum rated power.
ATTENTION:
the set power becomes the max-
imum power the stove will develop in opera-
tion. Once the set room temperature has been
reached, the stove modulates to power 1.
For adjustment:
SET POTENZA
OK
STAND-BY (M05 STAND-BY MODE)
With the default setting, when the room temperature is reached
the stove modulates to power 1 to keep the room at tempera-
ture (the duration for holding depends on the insulation class
of the house).
If you want to switch off the product instead of modulation, sim
-
ply activate the function
INITIAL LOAD (M07 INITIAL LOAD)
To avoid unpleasant FAILED IGNITIONS, load the feeding
screw according to the instructions in the chapter "GENERAL
USER MENU".
ATTENTION: Failed ignition
The first ignition may also fail, as the feeding
screw is empty and does not always manage
to load the brazier with the necessary amount
of pellets in time for the flame to start prop
-
erly. If the problem occurs, wait for the stove
to shut down completely, clean and empty the
brazier. Repeat ignition.
REQUIRED TEMPERATURE IN DUCTED ROOM
(only available for ductable models)
PRECONDITION:
for ducted models, the standard configura
-
tion provides the possibility for the user to adjust the speed of
the ducted fan via the "MENU 01 FAN ADJUSTMENT".
In the standard configuration, the operating logic of the duct
-
ing does not affect the operating logic of the stove, which in
both the WORK and MODULATION phases will be related to
the room temperature detected in the area where the stove is
installed. Temperature control in the ducted room is not availa-
ble as per standard, but the stove is prepared for this function
through the installation of optional control devices.
OPTIONS:
ducted models are designed for the optional con-
nection (see wiring diagram 4.8) of a Ducted Room Thermo-
stat (potential-free on/off contact) or an optional Ducted Room
Probe (ask your dealer).
Both devices, once connected, must be configured by an au
-
thorised technician.
The devices allow the user to benefit from an adjustment of
the ROOM TEMPERATURE SETTING of the room heated by
the ducting.
Attention
the electrical connections inside the
stove and configuration must be carried out by an
authorised technician.
Before proceeding, remember to switch off the power supply
to the stove.
