ALARM 5
FAILED IGNITION
This alarm triggers in the ignition phase
if the flue gas does not reach the ap
-
propriate temperature for the product
to be considered ignited
Check that the resistor heats up (contact an authorised
technician).
Check whether the pellet loading system works (contact
an authorised technician)
Check the presence of pellets inside the hopper and
thus in the brazier. If necessary, turn the stove Off and
repeat the ignition procedures, ensuring that the brazier
is clear and empty.
Check that the flue gas probe is not damaged and is
correctly inserted in its housing (contact an authorised
technician).
Check that the brazier is correctly positioned in its seat
and that it is not obstructed by encrustations or unburnt
material.
ALARM 6
NO PELLETS
During operation, the flame goes out
or the flue gas temperature falls below
the minimum operating limit
Check that the hopper is not empty or partially emptied.
Check that the quantity of pellets feeding the flame in
the brazier is sufficient and constant. This check must
be carried out with the stove at Minimum Power.
The problem occurs when the pellets are replaced with-
out proper calibration (contact an authorised technician).
The flue gas exhaust system may be obstructed or not
working properly. Check and clean the entire flue gas
exhaust system (contact the installation company).
The flue gas exhaust system may have an excessive
draught.
Check that the flue gas probe is correctly positioned in
its housing (contact an authorised technician).
Check that the pellets are certified.
ALARM 7
THERMAL SAFETY
During operation, the safety thermo-
stat detects a temperature above the
established safety threshold.
The flue gas exhaust system may be obstructed or not
working properly. Check and clean the entire flue gas
exhaust system (contact the installation company).
Check that the thermostat probe is correctly positioned
in its housing (contact an authorised technician).
Check that the thermostat is not defective (contact an
authorised technician).
Check the correct functioning of the room fan(s) (contact
an authorised technician).
Check that the pellets are certified. And that no fuel
other than that indicated in this manual has been used.
If everything is OK, wait for the product to cool down and
proceed to manually reset the thermostat by means of
the button on the rear of the product and switch it back
on. Please note that after two resets it is mandatory to
contact an authorised technician.
