8. Damaged parts must be replaced by new ones immediately.
12. DISMANTLING AND UTILIZATION OF THE SOWING MACHINE
The user of the sowing machine, according to the relevant regulation concerning the
environmental protection, is obliged to manage the waste in a proper way, which is
agreed with the relevant self-government bodies and authorities.
The user of the sowing machine, according to the agreed procedures, should
do the following at the moment of scraping of the sowing machine parts or
subassemblies or utilization of the whole machine:
parts of the sowing machine, which can be reused must be preserved and placed
in a storage room,
metal parts which cannot be reused should be collected by an authorized scrap
company,
carton, paper, plastic, rubber and the like elements should be collected by an
authorized recycling company,
used oil should be collected by companies authorized for receiving used oils and
greases, or, otherwise, follow relevant procedures concerning utilizing such
materials according to the environmental protection regulations.
13. SCOPE OF MANUFACTURERS LIABILITY.
The manufacture is not liable for its product in case it is operated against its intended
use, or against relevant legal regulations, safety regulations or instructions
concerning its operation given in this User’s Manual. As it is possible that during the
sowing machine operation some unexpected circumstances not specified in the
User’s manual may occur, the user should always follow the generally-approved
safety procedures.
The manufacturer is exempt from any liability in case parts other than the original are
used by the machine user.
The manufacturer is not liable for indirect damages, damages of other machines or
equipment including.
The manufacturer is not liable for seeds selected in an incorrect way, for incorrect
seed type and seed number. If the user’s own experience concerning the above
issue is not sufficient, he/she should contact a specialist for support.
The manufacturer is exempt from any liability in case that sowing effects (or expected
sowing effects) are not achieved, if any of this User’s Manual section is not followed.
The user must control and make sure that the correct dose of seeds are sown under
each operational conditions. It is the user’s responsibility to permanently control the
regularity and correctness of seed sowing. The maintenance and operation of the
machine is the only responsibility of the sowing machine user.
The machine user is liable for checking required qualifications of the machine
operators. The machine user must make sure that the operators have adequate
knowledge of the machine and are acquainted with its functions and operation
method.
