The machine must be kept away from the reach of children, outsiders and
animals.
- The machine, when kept in shelter, must be disconnected from a tractor.
- Each time the machine must be carefully cleaned of dirt, plant remnants and
chemical agents and other dirt with the use of water then dried, and carefully greased
according to the Greasing and Lubricating Table on page 21.
- Each time the machine must not be left with seeds inside of the seed box. The
seed box must be emptied according to the following procedure:
a/ release and deflect of measuring channel / Figure 7/,
b/release the catches, move down the wires rack and place the measuring
channel under the sowing device /Figure 8/ then lower the bottom lever maximally
/Figure15/,
c/ after the channel is filled with seed, close the bottom lever /Figure 15/,
remove the channel and empty the seed,
d/ put the channel in its place again and repeat steps „b” and „c” in order to
empty the seed box completely and, when completed, clean carefully the container,
e/ after the procedure concerning the emptying of the seed box is completed
make sure that the wire rack is put in its original position and protected with catches.
Raise and protect the measuring channel with rubber fasteners.

- Damaged paint layer must be repaired.
- Seed ducts must be carefully cleaned.
- Drive and drive transmission chains, excluding cassettes, must be rinsed with
diesel fuel and preserved.
- Any defects of the machine that have been noticed by the operator must be
immediately repaired and removed.
- Any electronic devices, in case that the machine is equipped with such devices,
must be removed and protected from damp.
All the procedures mentioned above, can be performed on one’s own or
commissioned to be performed by a qualified service company.
