10.1.2. THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES MUST BE PERFORMED IN ORDER TO
PUT THE SOWING MACHINE INTO OPERATION:
•
make sure that the sowing machine is complete, and parts which are added
separately are placed in a packaging together with the machine – otherwise
contact the seller;
•
connect the sowing machine to a tractor according to instructions given in
section 10.1.2.1;
•
make sure that the particular mechanisms of the machine work correctly;
•
tighten all the nuts and screws;
•
fill all the greasing points with grease according to instructions included in the
section 10.1.2.3;
•
make sure that the oil level in the gear box is correct. Perform the procedures
according to the instructions included in the 10.1.2.
10.1.2.1. CONNECTING THE SOWING MACHINE TO A TRACTOR
- The tractor must be drawn up to the sowing machine so that the pivots of the
machine can be placed in the tractor hook slot then protect them with bolts. /Figure
10/. The tractor ramp must be raised in such a way that the lower tap pivots are in
front of the axes of the tractor hook.
- With the use of the tractor strands for raising and lowering the machine must be
placed in a vertical position. Mark the strands setting or install limiters.
- Connect the top point of the machine three-point system to a tractor with the use of
an adjusting screw the tractor is equipped with.

Hydraulic oil is supplied to the marking gauge actuator.
Oil in the hydraulic system is under high pressure.
Before proceeding with connecting the hydraulic houses to a tractor, release the
excess pressure and switch off the tractor engine.
