ADJUSTING THE POSITION OF THE LEVER CONTROLLING SEED
SOWING.
(
dedicated wheels - 4 pieces)
In order to ensure the regular and correct operation of the electrical system
controlling the technological paths it is necessary to keep the system clean and free
of dirt and periodically check it for correct operation. The control shaft
2
should freely
move in its guide. The adjustment can be performed through the change of blocking
lever position 1. on the control shaft.
2
. The levers should similarly move to the
extreme left and right position while keeping the same distances from the blocking
wheel
4.
In case of different distances a proper adjustment of the lever 1 must be
performed through tightening the set screw 3 and the changing the position of a
lever.
It is also possible to change the position of blocking wheels for example:
A
for
A1
and
B
for
B1
, on two sides of the sowing machine, which will result in the reduction of
the gap of the outlined technological paths (riding path for a sprayer) by two widths of
row spacing. The setting depends on the tread of a tractor coupled with a sprayer.
The change requires for a sowing shaft to be disassembled, the order of sowing
wheels placing on a shaft to be changed and the regulation of the blocking levers
position on the control shaft to be performed.
Important!
It must be remembered that the operation test of the system is
performed with set screws 3 slightly loosened. In case of irregularities during
setting, the change of the lever position will take place – not the damage of
electro- actuator. After the system tests are completed the set screw must be
tightened.

In order to ensure the correct and regular function of the paths mechanism it is
required, before putting the system into operation, to make sure that the system
function is correct and the mechanism is properly regulated!
The important condition for a correct and regular operation of the mechanism is a
well-functioning of the tractor electrical system.
