8-Pin Telephone Jack Connector

A coiled cable assembly (P/N 849518-0306) is provided with the controller

for connection from the 8-Pin telephone jack connector to the DIA-01, DIA-

01/X, DIA-02, or DIA-02/X Control Interface Adapter, DIA-01/R Interface

Panel, or the controller connector on a CATS Video Switcher. The control

interface adapters and controller connector on the video switcher provide

the +5 Vdc power required to operate the JPD-101 Controller.

CAUTION

Do not use commercially available

telephone-type cable to connect the JPD-

101 to the DIA-01 or video switcher or

improper operation will result. Use only the

lower impedance cable supplied with the

unit to make connections.
