Unload tool (6.3) and reload it (section 6.2)

and discard damaged clips, then reload

Trigger is squeezed too short
Hold trigger for 1second each cycle. For

Remove insulation strippings from receiver

Air blast tube defect
Replace air blast tube
Nicked or cut conductor

Tool operates sluggishly

Adjust for correct air line pressure

Ensure that proper clip, wire, and mandrel

Damaged pneumatic cylinder assembly
Replace or repair pneumatic cylinder

Pneumatic hoses may not be airtight
