(defau l t va l ue drops out of s l e w l ong before the target i s acqu i red).

The fo ll o w i ng cond i t i ons may be the cause of errors occurr i ng dur i ng target
acqu i s i t i on:
1. If a w estern l ong i tude i s entered w i thout a l ead i ng " - " . To enter 9 9 degrees
w est, enter " -9 9.0 " .
2. O ffsets and s i te data may be i ncorrect -- ver i fy the data (these shou l d be
recorded i n Sect i on 6.0).

If a target w as i n i t i a ll y set up i n Mov e to l ong i tud e ... mode but the mode w as
changed to OPT and no w i s track i ng from the spacecraft, re-enter the l ong i tude of
the spacecraft. Th i s step i s necessary because w hen track i ng modes are changed,
the target i s reset to defau l t va l ues, w h i ch i nc l udes 0 degrees l ong i tude.
