5. Encoders are decoup l ed from the antenna -- reconnect the encoders.
6. Encoders are m i s w i red -- check the w i r i ng on the encoders.
7. The dr i ve cab i net i nterface cab l e has fa il ed -- check the cab l e and rep l ace i f
necessary.
8. Fa il ure at I/O board -- the A C U cannot successfu ll y command the dr i ve cab i net.
Check and/or rep l ace the board.
6.2 Ax i s Re v e r s e d
A n Ax i s r e v e r s e d error may be caused by the fo ll o w i ng cond i t i ons:
1. A t i nsta ll at i on t i me, the motor phas i ng w as reversed -- check the phas i ng and
correct i f necessary.
2. A sudden s l e w from one d i rect i on to the other cou l d be caused by a l o w
sett i ng of the I mmob il e / r e v e r s e d t i m e out [ ms ] -- reset the parameter.
3. M i s w i red encoders -- check the w i r i ng on the encoders.
6.3 Ax i s R un a w a y
If an Ax i s r un a w a y error i s d i sp l ayed at the A C U, check the fo ll o w i ng cond i t i ons:
1. R un a w a y a ng l e i s set too t i ght -- reset the parameter.
2. Encoder fa il ure (typ i ca ll y cab l e fa il ure or ground l oop) -- check for both
cond i t i ons.
3. RD C fa il ure -- check and rep l ace i f necessary.
4. Dr i ve cab i net i nterface cab l e fa il ure -- check the cab l e and rep l ace i f necessary.
5. I/O board fa il ure -- output i s " stuck on " . Check the board, and rep l ace i f
necessary.
