You can lock the Thermostat to avoid unintentional changes to your settings. Activate the Input Lock
mode via the Portal or App as follows:
• Portal: Select “Devices”. Click on your “Device Name”. Select “Settings”. Click on “Display and
Other Settings”. At Input Lock, click to select “On”.
• App: Select “Devices”. Tap on “Unlocked”. “Locked” will then be shown to indicate that the
Thermostat has been locked.
The Key-Lock indicator will be shown on the LCD display and the Thermostat will be in Input Lock
mode. The Jog dial and Side button will not respond to any input. When you press the Jog dial or Side
button, the Key-Lock indicator flashes to remind you that the Thermostat is in Input Lock mode.

To turn off Input Lock, press and hold the Jog dial or Side button for three seconds to unlock the
Thermostat. The Key-Lock indicator disappears from the LCD display and the Thermostat is no
longer in Input Lock mode. You can now use the Jog dial and Side button to change your settings.
