In combined working mode (SMS and GPRS) the location request or configuration update
message is also sent back to Master Backup Base phone number.
When enabled Master Backup phone number can also receive input alarm activation
messages (Panic, PARK Fencing, Alarm or Power loss detected) as ‘location format’
message.
