[ 3 ] For warp-addition device
This device generally feeds two additional warps
into selvages in order to get cleaner warp separa-
tion at the left end of fabrics (at the weft insertion
side), thereby improving selvage firmness.

Yarn specifications:
Yarn having the same yarn number count
as the ground warp or
Two-ply or three-ply yarn having a slightly
greater number count
CM80/2’s, PC90/2’s, and CM120/2’s as
standard

Cheese shape
Additional-yarn cheeses should have the
dimensions and shape of either (A) or (B)
shown at left.
