R E M O V E  STEEL  B A l l  

Using  a  mag netic  finger,  remove  t h e  s t e e l  b a l l   f r o m   the 
clutch  shaft  hole.

REMOVE  BRUSH  H O L D E R  

( a )   Remove t h e  t w o  screws and end c o v e r  from t h e  field 

frame 

(b)  Using  a  screwdriver,  hold  the  s pring  back  and  d i s ­

c o n n e c t  t h e  b r u s h  from  the b r u s h  holder. Disconnect 

the  fOur  brushes  and  remove  the  brush  holder.
