Optional PC Card

Removing an Optional PC Card

To remove an optional PC card, make sure the computer is in boot mode, then follow the steps
below and refer to Figure 4-4.

Turn off the power to the computer, then disconnect the AC adapter and all external
cables connected to the computer.

Remove the battery pack as described in Section 4.2.

Open the

PC slot cover

eject button

for the upper and/or lower card.

Grasp the

card

and remove it.
