Error Code List

Jam
• One of the following error codes is displayed with “7-segment LED” while pressing the [CLEAR/
STOP] button and the digital key [8] simultaneously when the “CLEAR PAPER” or “CALL
SERVICE” symbol is blinking.
• "CALL SERVICE" symbol blinks: A service call occurs.
• "CALL SERVICE" symbol lights: PM cycle (This symbol lights at the time of preventive
maintenance. Copying can be performed.)

Paper exit jam
Jam not reaching the exit sensor: The paper which
has passed through the fuser unit does not reach
the exit sensor.
