Original file name + short date and time
(mmddh) where h is a single digit representation of the
hour. Numbers from 10 onwards are represented by a letter,
i.e. 10=A, 11=B,...22=M, 23=N, etc), e.g.,
prospectus
1010G.pdf
was created on 10th October between 4pm and
5pm.
Output Type
Defines where the processed file will be delivered.
Sender
Deliver the file back to the sender.
Folder
Files are delivered to a network folder location specified in the path field.
Files are delivered to the email address specified in the
email address
field.
FTP
Files are delivered to the FTP account specified in the
FTP account
field.
FTP server name
The server name can be defined as either a domain name or an IP address, for
example,
Domain name - ftp.domain.com
IP address - 192.168.1.6
User name and Password
Define the username and password with which to access the FTP server.
The specified FTP password is automatically encrypted upon entry for added security.
