4. Assemble the drive by clamping the ball
receiver to the mounting ball. For this the
boom must be aligned horizontally to the
water line. When tightening the screws in
the ball clamp, ensure that the gap between
the ball halves is the same size.
5. If desired mount the rubber rest on the second motor resting point. Select the desired
location and use the spacers supplied to balance out the height. Fixing using two
expanding bolts is completed in the same way as fixing the mounting ball.
6. Loosen the screws on the two clamping rings
and position the motor so low that the propeller
does not draw air even at full acceleration.
Then tighten the two screws again.
Ensure that the upper clamp ring is
aligned at 90° to the propeller axis.
